WHEN DOES VOL:001 SHIP?
Orders ship within 2–3 business days from Las Vegas, NV. You'll receive tracking the moment your run leaves the facility.
HOW DO I EARN THE BEAUTY IN THE BURDEN TEE?
Connect your Strava and run 250 verified miles within the challenge window. Hit the distance, and you get your claim. Miles must
be real, self-powered activity. Claims are personal and cannot be transferred. We have the right to reject any fictitious or suspicious Strava inputs.
CAN I JUST BUY THE BEAUTY IN THE BURDEN TEE?
No. It is earned only. The price is 250 miles for everyone.
MY STRAVA SYNC IS NOT WORKING.
Clear your browser cache and cookies, then reconnect your Strava. If it still will not sync, reach out to us directly through the Contact page, and we will get you fixed up.
MY MILES ARE NOT SHOWING UP.
Activities can take up to 24 hours to appear. Make sure the activity is set to public on Strava. If it is still missing after 24 hours, contact us directly, and we will look into it.
WHAT DO THE TEMPERATURE RANGE AND WEATHER BARS MEAN?
The temperature band shows the range the garment was tested in. The weather bars show how suited it is to each condition. The fuller the bar, the better. These are guidance from our own testing, not a guarantee.
HOW DO I JOIN THE TEAM?
